In a night-time drone attack on Kyiv Oblast on November 2, a Russian drone struck infrastructure in Bila Tserkva, disrupting water and energy services across the city. Residents were urged to make an emergency water reserve, while one man was injured in Obukhiv district and several vehicles were damaged or destroyed.
