1일 저녁 우크라이나 공식 앱 「공중경보」가 해킹돼 방사능·핵·화학무기 공격과 거리 전투를 초래하는 거짓 알림이 보내졌다.俄国 당국도 2일 밤 자신의Structures Ministry of Emergency Situations app와 MAX 메신저의 지역 채널이 해킹돼 핵탄두 발사 정보를 뿌렸다고 밝혔다. 양국 당국은 실제 방사능 threat는 없으며 nationwide 경보 체계는 작동 중이라고 reassured했다.
