EU Commission launches Sanctions Office and crypto working group
On 5 November, the European Commission announced the creation of a Sanctions Office to coordinate sanctions policy, implementation, communication and efforts to prevent circumvention. It also established a working group focused on sanctions in cryptoassets and ways to prevent their use to evade restrictions.
