오슬로에서 미·우크라이나·유럽이 러시아용 평화안 공식화회의 개최
우크라이나와 미국 및 유럽Partner들은 20일 오슬로에서-End War Ukraine를 위한 평화를 제안 development meetings. The United States, Ukraine, and European partners met in Oslo on October 20 to discuss developing a peace proposal that could later be presented to Russia. Ukraine brought President Volodymyr Zelensky, while the United States was represented by Special Envoy Steve Witkoff and remotely by Jared Kushner. Norway and Finland participated alongside European and NATO officials. After Oslo, Witkoff planned to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin.
