The sanctions cover entities involved in producing and supplying components for long-range weapons such as «Іскандер», «Калібр», Х-101 and «Кинджал». Named targets include manufacturers of ballistic-missile components, FPV-drone communications and control equipment, machine tools, chemical raw materials, optics and targeting systems, and military measurement equipment. The RUSAL industrial group is also included because its products are used in Russian military aviation, missile weapons, armored vehicles and drones. From April 2024 to March 2025, RUSAL Trading House and the RUSAL Taishet Aluminum Plant imported nearly 150 million rubles worth of alumina into Russia; the material was used in the production of military aviation, missile weapons, armored vehicles and drones.
